You don’t need a long meditation session to come back to yourself.
This is one of my favorite simple practices that I do almost every day. I share it with anyone who asks me about meditation.
Find a quiet moment. Place one hand on your heart. Take a few breaths in and out at your own natural pace. Then silently say to yourself, “With gratitude, appreciation, and care for the All.”
(By “the All” I mean the Universe, Source, Life itself — everything that is.)
I do this nightly before bed, and in the morning when I remember. It’s a gentle way to honor your inner wisdom and send out good vibrational energy at the same time.
It’s such a small thing, but over time it helps you get used to listening to yourself again and builds a quiet trust in your own inner signals.
Try it for one week. Notice what changes.
